At 19 years old, after excelling at secretarial skills in high school as one of the fastest most accurate typist students in North Carolina, following a brief stint with another company, Pam joined the accounting department of commercial construction company Shelco, Inc. where Chris Hilton was an officer. Later she and Chris were married and started a construction company where Pam ran the office operations. In 1994 Pam struck out on her own as a residential realtor with Hubbard Realty later becoming Coldwell Banker, Triad Realtors. There she worked in their accounting and relocation departments ultimately become assistant of, and later a partner with, the companies top producing Realtor. Following 22 years with the company Pam left to join Mitchell Forbes Global Properties in January of 2017 where she works now as a full time Realtor. In her spare time Pam functions as a mother of five, grandmother of nine and an administrator for our company working mostly assisting with bookings, payables and receivables.
