WHO WE ARE

Derrick lives northwest of Charlotte with his bride of 31 years. Their two Sons are out and about chasing their Dreams! Derrick will be covering the greater Charlotte area. Derrick initially obtained his NC Home Inspector License in the late 90’s, but ended up spending 20+ years as a small Builder/Contractor. During that time he was involved in many aspects of construction including new construction, buying and selling properties, and remodeling. Derrick says, “Building is in my blood. I’m ready to stop building, but plan on doing what I enjoy for a long time. My passion is houses and helping people understand them. When you are blessed to do what you enjoy it's like you are not working”.

We are looking forward to a long term relationship with Derrick as Home and Commercial Building Inspector.
