WHO WE ARE

Under Chris’s expert guidance and mentorship, Josh received his training at the Home Inspector Training Center in Burlington, NC. Since early 2020, Josh’s youth, energy, and dedication have been invaluable assets to our organization. He has participated in thousands of residential and commercial inspections—working alongside Chris, independently, and as part of inspection teams.

A trained high-voltage lineman, Josh is comfortable working at heights, in hot attics, and even in tight crawl spaces. His background in construction and landscaping provides a unique, practical perspective that enhances his inspection work. Josh has also been directly involved in renovating his own historic home, built in 1886, as well as another property dating back to the pre–Civil War era. We are grateful to have Josh as a valued member of our team.
