Married with 2 young children, the highlight of his life, Richard is an active licensed agent with Fathom Realty in Greensboro and a Triad Realtor since 2018. Richard has encouraged our inspection services for his clients and participated actively in our inspections. He uses the knowledge gained to enlighten his clients as part of the search for their ideal home. Richard is in the process of attaining his home inspector license, and currently functioning both as an active Realtor and as Black Cat’s Director of Agent Services. Ricard will build on his years of inspections with Black Cat to guide agents to use Black Cat Inspection Services inspectors for their clients observing first-hand the difference in a quality inspection and report.
