WHO WE ARE

Matthew is a native of New Orleans spending his entire life there before recently moving to the Winston-Salem area.  He is a graduate of The University of New Orleans where he majored in Business/French and met his bride, Valerie, who is French Canadian. Valerie is the new French Teacher at Mount Tabor High School as well as teaching college Spanish online. They have two children and they speak French in their home. Matthew will be offering home inspections in both English and French. 

 

Matthew has an extensive background in advertising and marketing and has been investing in real estate for nearly 20 years having purchased, renovated, and rented nearly 100 Katrina damaged homes. He met all of the requirements as a Louisiana home inspector to use in his investment home purchases, but never applied for a license or conducted inspections other than for his own purchases. 

 

Matthew received his North Carolina training at The Home Inspector Training Center in Burlington and is joining us as a Home Inspector with added duties as our Director of Agent Services and Coordinator of our Pre-Listing home inspection program which he will be introducing to everyone.
